Click Sign Up and fill out the registration form. After signing up, an administrator will review and approve your account. This ensures platform quality and compliance. You'll receive access within 24 hours.

Once your account is approved: 1) Configure your SMTP settings in Settings, 2) Import or add your contacts, 3) Create an email template or write HTML content, 4) Create a campaign with your subject and content, 5) Send it to all your contacts with one click. You can also test-send before the actual campaign.

Yes! EmailsWave works with any SMTP server. You configure your SMTP host, port, username, and password in the Settings page. You can use providers like Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, or your own PowerMTA / Postfix server. The platform supports standard SMTP authentication on ports 25, 465, and 587.

EmailsWave-Go and EmailsWave-Iron support 11+ cloud providers including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Hetzner, Scaleway, DigitalOcean, Linode, Atlantic.Net, Contabo, OVH, and more. You can deploy and manage servers across multiple providers from a single dashboard.

There are no artificial limits imposed by EmailsWave. Your sending capacity depends on your edition, your SMTP infrastructure, and your server resources — with the right setup you can send millions of emails per hour. The platform is designed to scale horizontally by adding more sending servers.

Email templates are reusable HTML designs you can create and save. When creating a new campaign, you can load content from any saved template. Templates support standard HTML with inline CSS for maximum email client compatibility. You can organize them by category (Onboarding, Newsletter, Promotional, etc.).

Yes. EmailsWave-Go and EmailsWave-Iron include automated DNS configuration for DKIM signing, SPF records, and DMARC policies. This ensures maximum deliverability and helps your emails reach the inbox instead of spam. The platform handles DNS setup automatically when deploying servers.
